Welcome to the homepage of Pakistani Students Association (PSA) Halmstad.

PSA is a student organization aimed at bringing together people of Pakistani origin and other members of the Halmstad community, and to promote a better understanding of Pakistani people and their culture. We provide a forum to discuss issues related to Pakistan and life at Halmstad in particular and life in Sweden in general, and to pass on important news to each other.
Our objective is to promote the culture, language and identity of Pakistan on campus, and to organize recreational, academic and cultural activities.

About Halmstad Univesity

Halmstad located on the southwest coast of Sweden, Halmstad is a beautiful city of about 85,000 inhabitants. Known as one of Sweden's top vacation sites, the city has an abundance of open air restaurants, outdoor concerts, windsurfing, golf and sandy beaches. It is in close proximity to Malmö, Göteborg, and Denmark.

Halmstad University is one of the youngest Universities in Sweden and it has been developed during the last two decades. Halmstad University is often called the "Innovation University". Here, new movements and ideas are tested for the best of education and research.

The university has expanded to thousands of students and yet maintains a feeling of intimacy among its students and faculty. As is true with many Swedish universities, Halmstad is in a process of continually adding to its buildings and facilities.
